Stakeholder Consultations

Stakeholder consultations are a key component of the POWER study. Over the life of the POWER study, consultations are being held with key stakeholders in women’s health across the province and nationally. Stakeholders include government representatives, health care providers, health data providers, representatives of women’s health organizations, and consumers.

A series of Roundtable meetings are ongoing and allow us to:

  • engage with stakeholders by creating awareness about the POWER Study and its objectives
  • provide a forum for discussing how to improve access, quality and outcomes of care for all women of Ontario
  • elicit stakeholders' needs in terms of how the POWER Study can be most useful
  • help to set priorities for reporting in specific areas
  • develop strategic dissemination strategies and partners
