Anna Greenberg
Anna Greenberg is Director, Knowledge Management Strategy at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC). In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to support knowledge management in cancer control at the system level across Canada. She has over 10 years experience working in the health sector, including 7 years in the cancer system. Prior to working at CPAC, Anna was Director of Cancer Program Planning at the Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH). In this role, she co-led the development of the PMH Cancer Program strategic plan (2008) and launched an inter-disciplinary quality and safety program. She also directed the Toronto Regional Cancer Program working with hospitals throughout the region to improve the quality and coordination of cancer services.
Previously, Anna was Director of the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario secretariat at Cancer Care Ontario (CCO), where she led the development and implementation of Canada's first system-level, publicly reported cancer performance measurement tool, the Cancer System Quality Index. In addition to her work in performance measurement, Anna also worked on the development of CCO's business strategy for innovation, and represented the organization at the U.S. National Quality Forum.
Anna has also held health policy positions at the New York Academy of Medicine in Manhattan, and the Institute for Health Policy Studies in San Francisco. Anna holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley.
